C3 Beef began the way most family farms do — hard work, respect for the land, and a belief that doing things right is worth the extra effort. What started small grew generation by generation, each passing down the land and a way of raising cattle that never cuts corners.
The Arkansas River Valley gives us rich pastures, clean water, and an ideal climate for cattle. We chose Angus X genetics for it — hardy enough for Arkansas summers, and bred for the marbling and flavor you notice in the kitchen.
